CPM Marketing Group (CPM), the market leader for healthcare customer relationship management (CRM) and strategic marketing solutions, announced today that Advocate Health Care System, the largest health care provider in Illinois, has implemented CPM’s physician relationship management (PRM) system to assist its hospitals in building and maintaining relationships with physicians. The comprehensive system includes physician database construction, management, advanced real-time analytics, mapping, reporting, contact management and performance monitoring.

“Maintaining relationships with physicians is important to all health systems, and CPM’s physician relationship management system makes it possible to enhance those relationships by giving our hospitals the ability to effectively market to them, as well as track and analyze essential data,” said Jonathan Fine, manager of online services for Advocate Health Care. “We have had a longstanding relationship with CPM, using its customer relationship management system for patient outreach, and are very pleased to be working with them again to strengthen our communication with physicians.”

Leveraging CPM’s PRM technology, Advocate Health Care’s individual hospitals can identify the impact that a given campaign has on physician behavior as reflected in the change of the number of referrals, specific procedures performed, etc. This knowledge-driven analysis enables the hospitals to allocate funding to the most cost-effective, value-driven physician outreach initiatives, which strengthens their physician relationships and leads to a positive impact on the bottom line.

“The goal of CPM’s physician relationship management platform is to help Advocate Health Care’s hospitals solidify physician referrals,” said John Hallick, CEO of CPM. “We are honored to serve a true healthcare leader, and look forward to helping them achieve continued success and results rapidly.”
