Bond Laboratories Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BNLB), a leading manufacturer and marketer of proprietary health supplements and beverage products, today announced that NDS Nutrition Products, Inc. (NDS) expects to post approximately $1.4 million in revenue from franchisees of the largest nutritional supplement retailer in the United States. This is an increase of more than 35% over the comparable quarter last year.

NDS Nutrition Products, Inc., an operating division of Bond Laboratories, manufactures and distributes a full line of proprietary health products and nutritional supplements for weight loss, sports nutrition, and general health to high-volume retail outlets as well as specialty health and nutrition store chains throughout the United States.

“NDS is committed to providing its customers with the highest quality and most effective products available in the market. To that end, last year we made the strategic decision to reformulate and repackage our entire sports nutrition and weight loss product lines to incorporate new compounds and scientific developments as a means to address the needs of our large and growing customer base. The preliminary benefits of this initiative are already being reflected in our strong quarterly results,” stated Patrick Ryan, Vice President of Retail Sales at NDS.

John S. Wilson, CEO of Bond Laboratories Inc., added, “NDS is on pace in 2009 to significantly exceed prior year financial performance and anticipates strong revenue and profitability growth through 2010 driven by continued efforts to reduce costs, expand distribution capabilities, and develop market leading products.”

Bond Laboratories, Inc. will report its consolidated financial results in its 10-Q filing to be filed in November.
