AMHN, Inc. (OTCBB: AMHN) (the "Company"), parent company of America's Minority Health Network, Inc. ("America's Minority Health Network"), announced today its plan to expand network operations and relocate its offices to Burbank.

Bob Cambridge, President of AMHN, Inc., stated, "We are executing our business plan a little ahead of schedule and our new Burbank location will greatly improve our ability to reach and service our initial 1,000 subscribing doctor's offices. We expect a capital infusion in the near future that will facilitate the roll-out to the 1,000 office benchmark. Of course, we always have our eyes on the future and are already making plans for our next phase which will include 3,600 subscribing offices in our network."

The Company recently released the results of the 2009 AMHN Audience Profile Study, MRI Market Solutions which concluded that America's Minority Health Network's audience approximates 827 visitors per month per location, with a majority of visitors being African-American women under the age of 55. Based on these findings, the Company projects a viewership of 827,000 per month with it expansion to 1,000 offices. Upon completion of Phase II of the Company's expansion plan, it projects a viewership of 2.9 million per month with 3,600 offices installed.

The Company relocated its corporate offices to a 2,010 square foot furnished office space located at 100 North First Street, Suite 104, Burbank, CA 91502. The space accommodates corporate operations of the Company and the sales and marketing departments of America's Minority Health Network. The Company plans to expand its subscription sales activity and will hire at least five new employees by the end of the year at the new location. The Company anticipates this expansion will create a dramatic increase in subscribing locations.
