Concord Medical Services Holdings announces initial public offering of 12,000,000 American Depositary Shares

Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited (NYSE: CCM) ("CMS" or "the Company"), operator of the largest network of radiotherapy and diagnostic imaging centers in China in terms of revenues and the total number of centers in operation in 2008, announced today that its initial public offering of 12,000,000 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), each representing three ordinary shares of the Company, was priced at $11.00 per ADS.

Net proceeds from the sale of the ADSs are approximately $119.5 million. The ADSs are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on December 11, 2009 under the symbol "CCM."

The Company intends to use the proceeds from the offering to expand its network of radiotherapy and diagnostic imaging centers, to develop two new specialty cancer hospitals, and for general corporate purposes.

Certain of the Company's shareholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,800,000 ADSs to cover over-allotments, if any.

Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited acted as joint bookrunners for the offering.
