gloStream, maker of gloEMR and gloPM – the only electronic medical record software and practice management applications with Microsoft® Office built right in – today announced the gloDNA 100% Stimulus Guarantee.  This program ensures that any qualified Doctor who installs and uses gloStream software properly will be able to demonstrate meaningful use and therefore be eligible for economic stimulus funding. gloStream will refund the full software purchase price for any Doctor who follows gloStream's gloDNA implementation process but then cannot demonstrate meaningful use.

gloStream's proprietary gloDNA process ensures that gloStream solutions fit the unique needs and preferences of each Practice and Doctor.  gloStream enjoys a 100% implementation success rate compared to an industry failure rate in excess of 30 percent.

"We're launching the gloDNA 100% Stimulus Guarantee today because we want Doctors who purchase our software to be completely confident they're making the right EMR choice and that they'll qualify for stimulus funding," said Mike Sappington, gloStream's CEO.  "Today's announcement underscores our commitment to provide Doctors with the best, most reliable and easy to use EMR anywhere."

gloStream's announcement follows distribution of an Interim Final Rule from the Department of Health and Human Services that further defines the economic stimulus criteria laid out in the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act.  Under the law, Medicare and Medicaid providers are eligible for $44,000-$64,000 in stimulus funding once they become meaningful users of certified EMR technology.

gloStream offers a series of resources and tools to help Doctors learn more about the economic stimulus.  The gloStream Website contains a special economic stimulus section and Doctors can also sign up for a gloStream sponsored economic stimulus Webinar at www.glostream.com/webinar.
