NewsGuard 100/100 Score

Eliza Corporation, the leading provider of integrated healthcare communication strategies, will participate in a moderated discussion at the 2010 World Health Care Congress. The panel, entitled "Redesign for the New Consumer Customer," will explore the drivers that increase healthcare consumer satisfaction and address these consumer values to foster changes in health care design and delivery. The panel will also highlight results of a recent health plan loyalty survey in which Eliza used its phone-based, speech enabled technology to reach out to more than 9000 Americans and ask them to rank the qualities they most value in a health insurance plan.

In addition to the panel presentation, Eliza's president and co-founder Alexandra Drane will also be hosting an informal luncheon roundtable to discuss what we can all do - as healthcare industry insiders and as parents, children and friends - to facilitate and document end-of-life preferences. The luncheon will take place on Tuesday, April 13 at 12:15 p.m. in the Main Executive Networking Forum Hall at the World Health Care Congress.
