Carrot Medical, a leading designer of integrated medical imaging display systems, and MAVIG GmbH, the leading manufacturer of medical imaging monitor suspension systems, announced today the execution of a global marketing and sales channel partnership agreement. This partnership provides a semi-exclusive contract for the sale of all products through MAVIG's global sales channel while offering MAVIG access to the next generation of integrated medical imaging display technology.

"The partnership with MAVIG represents a significant opportunity for growth as we expand our business operations and market footprint through global distribution," said Ward Sparacio, CEO of Carrot Medical.

Craig Dickinson, Carrot Medical's Global Vice President of Sales stated, "Our partnership with MAVIG will allow us to align Carrot with a highly respected, established brand; we are confident that this collaboration will improve market positioning while increasing sales for both companies."

The MAVIG partnership is one step in a larger channel partner strategy of creating strong relationships with some of the leading medical imaging manufacturers in the world.  Additional channel agreements are under development.

"We at MAVIG are excited to have Carrot as a partner to continue to offer the medical industry with the most state-of-the-art solutions.  We are looking forward to a strong relationship that will allow us to open up new markets," Clemens Pfeffermann, Director of International Sales.

Since 2009, Carrot has sold more than 20 C-View systems at leading medical centers including Brigham and Women's Hospital, Yale New Haven Hospital and Scripps Memorial Hospital.  Carrot Medical's domestic opportunity pipeline is growing rapidly and numerous additional sales contracts are expected during the fiscal quarter.

Carrot Medical is showcasing its C-View, C-Com and C-Stream technology at the Heart Rhythm Society's 31st Annual Scientific Sessions May 12 through 15 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, CO.
