Intelerad Medical Systems announces InteleOne contract with ALR

Intelerad Medical Systems, a recognized leader in medical imaging PACS and workflow solutions, today announced an InteleOne™ contract with Alliance Radiology, P.A. (ALR). InteleOne will allow ALR to deliver superior reading and reporting services by consolidating workflow for multiple imaging clients into a unified worklist.

“We are confident that InteleOne will help ALR grow their business by providing a streamlined unified workflow.”

Based in the Greater Kansas City area, ALR offers teleradiology services to several imaging centers, 16 hospitals, and physician practices. With InteleOne, the 13 radiologists from ALR's Carondelet Division will consolidate their reading into one efficient universal worklist. ALR will be streamlining multiple medical imaging workflows from multiple facilities with different HIS, RIS, and PACS, and covering a broad range of sub-specialty expertise.

"ALR has exponentially grown by serving an increasing number of patients and referring physicians," said David J. Burkart, MD. "We anticipate that InteleOne will improve workflow efficiency immediately allowing us to streamline the entire process. As well, it will help us offer remote reading options for our radiologists and automatic report delivery to our clients' RIS systems. Overall, InteleOne will help us strengthen our competitive edge."

InteleOne allows direct access to all studies and reports, including priors, available across the entire network. Through a single sign-on, radiologists will experience the benefits of a unique and customizable user interface with integrated voice recognition and web based diagnostic viewing.

"The efficiency gains that come from the ability for ALR to read and report all studies from a single viewing interface from any location, will allow them to offer more services like increased coverage for final interpretation (24/7), sub-specialty services, and remote reading," said Chris Henri, Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Intelerad. "We are confident that InteleOne will help ALR grow their business by providing a streamlined unified workflow."
