Some of the health care lawsuits once considered contenders to reach the Supreme Court have run into procedural questions that could delay a ruling on whether the law's requirement to buy insurance is constitutional. Judges reviewing appeals in three of the four most advanced suits have raised questions in recent weeks about whether opponents of the law can even bring the suits, and whether the courts can properly rule on them (Haberkorn, 6/1).
