Teleflex, Premier sign new three-year agreement for laryngoscopes

Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE: TFX), a leading global provider of medical devices for critical care and surgery, has announced a new three-year agreement with Premier Purchasing Partners, L.P., the group purchasing unit of the Premier healthcare alliance. The new agreement covers Teleflex's Rusch laryngoscope products. It begins August 1, 2011 and extends through July 31, 2014.

"Teleflex works closely with clinicians to develop products that make intubation as simple, convenient and safe as possible," commented Cary Vance, President, Anesthesia and Respiratory Division. "The result is one of the broadest ranges of laryngoscopes available, including options to manage difficult airways and improve procedural efficiency."
