There's talk that this could already be affecting Republican strategy, though Democrats are "still wary" of the law. Meanwhile, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, in an effort to move into the 2016 presidential mix, will offer his own proposal.

It was also a wake-up call for Republicans and conservatives, and even the occasional liberal, who pushed the argument that the failed website challenges the idea at the heart of Obama's agenda -; that government can still solve big social problems. Politico Vulnerable Dems Still Wary Of Obamacare
