AGS Health to open new delivery center in Delhi, India

AGS Health, a global provider of revenue cycle services to hospitals and physicians in the US, today announced that the company will be opening their fourth delivery center in Delhi, India, and has grown to over 2,000 employees globally as it celebrates its third year in business.

As widely reported in healthcare media, the US healthcare industry faces an acute shortage of well trained professionals who can handle the more complex, stringent regulations being put in place for medical coding and billing. Combined with increased pressures on healthcare executives to lower costs and increase operational efficiencies, almost all major healthcare providers are evaluating other options to reduce their costs and meet their staffing shortages.

AGS Health is well positioned to fulfill this need of the revenue cycle management and medical coding industry.

"We have successfully hired and trained over 2000 highly educated professionals to perform high quality billing and coding services and kept our pricing very competitive," said Devendra Saharia, Chief Executive Officer, AGS Health. "We have grown rapidly across our US and India offices over the last 36 months and our continued growth confirms that our business model is filling a significant need of the market."

AGS Health operates across three state-of-the-art delivery centers in Chennai and is now setting up its fourth operations center in Delhi, India's capital.

"Apart from business continuity planning and tapping into a significantly large talent pool, our expansion strategy will add further scale into our service model, thereby preparing us for more exciting growth," said Saharia.
