Cedars-Sinai adds PatientTrak Kiosks to improve patient flow, reduce wait times and increase staff efficiency

Cedars-Sinai, one of the largest health systems in the country located in Los Angeles, CA, has expanded its PatientTrak system through the addition of PatientTrak Kiosks. Patient kiosks improve flow and reduce wait times while significantly improving Patient Access staff efficiency.

Once signed in, the patient visit information, such as current activity and wait times, will flow through PatientTrak's "tracking board" display, providing staff with up-to-date patient status through visual friendly screens.

PatientTrak Kiosks also significantly increase staff efficiency as patients sign themselves in and input their information into the system prior to engaging with staff.

"Cedars-Sinai is a long standing customer and we are very proud to serve their patients and staff with the installation of our kiosks," says James W. Hermann, President of Lumin Medical, makers of PatientTrak.
