Jopari, One Call partner to accelerate workers' compensation workflows for medical practices

Jopari Solutions, Inc. ("Jopari") and One Call Care Management ("One Call") have launched a partnership designed to streamline and expedite workers' compensation workflows for busy medical practices.

Through this new partnership, members of Jopari's vast e-billing network will now be able to sign up for One Call's free expedited authorization and scheduling service, EZ-Auth®, directly through the Jopari Provider Portal.

"It just makes perfect sense for our customers," explains Steve Stevens, CEO of Jopari. "Linking these comprehensive services though the Jopari Provider Portal gives medical practices a centralized hub for workers' compensation administration as well as an upgraded user experience."

"The EZ-Auth service will also enhance patient care," remarks Bob Zeccardi, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for One Call. Obtaining authorizations often requires multiple phone calls and faxes, which delays scheduling. Often those delays can mean weeks before diagnosis and treatment can begin. "Now, with EZ-Auth available through the Jopari Provider Portal, medical practices have single-click access to a one-step service that can often return about 90% of authorization decisions in 48 hours or less," Zeccardi adds.

EZ-Auth authorization and scheduling covers an array of ancillary services including diagnostics, physical therapy, transportation and language services, durable medical equipment, specialty doctor, dental, and home health services.
