New online vision therapy program from Infinite Mind

Infinite Mind, a Salt Lake City based software company, announces the launch of a new online vision therapy program eyeQ, the software program is to be used in conjunction with existing in-office therapy methods.

eyeQ was introduced at the COVD conference this October in Colorado. Current industry president elect, Dr. Brad Habermehl believes the eyeQ program adds significant value to his practice, Sensory Learning Center in Flint Michigan. It allows his patients to embed practices from the office setting to the comfort and convenience their homes.

Dr. Habermehl states, "eyeQ reinforces oculomotor skills of pursuits and saccades and peripheral awareness techniques to improve tracking coordination skills. eyeQ also reinforces visual memory skills along with stimulating the parvo-magno cellular layers; synchronizing both center and peripheral fields in the lateral geniculate body of the brain. The result is a significant increase in my patient's ability to read and comprehend. eyeQ is a valuable tool to add to our practice to insure our patient's success."

The eyeQ software, additionally has recently been piloted in various schools. Most currently being statistically evaluated by the largest public school district in Utah-- Granite School District, in Salt Lake City. Participants are seeing a significant growth in test scores, grades and esteem. Statistical outcomes of these pilot projects are scheduled to be released January 2010.
