WuXi PharmaTech recognized as 50 fastest-growing companies for the fifth consecutive year

WuXi PharmaTech (NYSE: WX), a leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device research and development outsourcing company with operations in China and the United States, announced that it had been selected to the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 China 2009 list for the fifth consecutive year.

The list recognizes the 50 fastest-growing companies in China's technology, media, and telecommunications industries based on revenue growth rates over the previous three years. WuXi PharmaTech is one of only two companies to have won this award for five consecutive years.
