Medworxx Inc. ("Medworxx") (TSXV: MWX), provider of healthcare solutions for patient flow, compliance and education, is pleased to announce that The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) has adopted the Medworxx Learning Management System. The Medworxx Learning Management System (LMS) will be the eLearning platform for all of SickKids' 5000 employees, supporting their blended learning model comprised of online training, classroom training, and on the job training.

The Hospital for Sick Children is dedicated to improving and enhancing patient care and the health of children, thus providing education and training to internal staff as well as external professionals is important. Their goal is to provide the right information using the right tools to the right person at the right time, anywhere. The Medworxx LMS was selected to help SickKids meet that goal.

"As the largest paediatric academic health sciences centre in Canada, SickKids has unique, distinct requirements for our corporate learning environment," said Daniela Crivianu-Gaita, Chief Information Officer, SickKids. "The ability for Medworxx to adapt the Learning Management System to SickKids' specific requirements was a critical factor in the selection process."

Sick Kids will use the Medworxx solution across the organization. The Medworxx LMS will provide a platform for employees, partners, researchers, doctors and even patients and their families in the future.

"We are delighted to add a respected teaching hospital like SickKids to our family of customers," said Dan Matlow, President & CEO, Medworxx. "The Medworxx Learning Management System has been successfully deployed at hospitals throughout Canada and the US; it is a testament to the technology and our people that SickKids has chosen Medworxx for their LMS."
