New book provides advice on how to engage and motivate adults with cognitive disorders

The Lewy Body Dementia Association is partnering with R.O.S. Therapy Systems, the company that created the first and only activity system for older adults with physical and cognitive disorders, to help create awareness of Lewy Body Dementia and help family caregivers by introducing them to Activities 101 for the Family Caregiver, a new book with common sense suggestions and advice on how to effectively engage their loved one in activities.

"This book is a great addition to the repertoire of tools that can be used by caregivers as they look to engage their patients and loved ones in activities that enhance their care", said Mike Koehler, President of the Board of LBDA. We are pleased to partner with R.O.S. to offer it to those who provide care and grateful for the donation to the LBDA"

For a limited time, the book is available for free with a $15 donation to the Lewy Body Dementia Association (LBDA). LBDA is the United States only nonprofit organization dedicated to Lewy Body Dementia.
