Digital Clinic International acquired by Voice Solutions

As the digital signage industry continues to gain momentum, Voice Solutions announced that it has acquired Digital Clinic International LLC, a digital signage company focused on the needs of dental, cosmetic surgery and health care clinics. The purchase will result in enhanced digital signage services to customers of both firms.

In effect, acquisition of Digital Clinic will allow Voice Solutions to build upon its commitment to providing unique, affordable and powerful sensory marketing solutions to businesses across the nation. The purchase also supports Voice Solutions' vision to become the world's leader in sensory marketing solutions.

According to IHS, a global information company, the digital signage world market revenue in 2014 is forecasted to increase by 6 percent over the previous year, surpassing $15.1 billion. Additionally, growth of digital signage software-as-a-service is anticipated to grow by 29.3 percent in 2014 and by 20.5 percent in 2015.

"The acquisition of Digital Clinic solidifies our resolve to build and strengthen the digital signage portion of our business," said Dick Brown, managing founder of Voice Solutions. "It gives us a strong, focused presence in the digital signage market, particularly in the dental, health care and cosmetic surgery industries.
