Chromogenex US, LiLa sign distribution agreement for i-lipo and i-lipo Ultra body sculpting systems

Chromogenex US, Inc., of Howell, Michigan, the sister company of Chromogenex Technologies, Ltd., and LiLa Enterprise, LLC (LiLa) of Suwanee, Georgia, announced today a strategic alliance wherein Chromogenex US appoints LiLa the exclusive distributor for the i-lipo® and i-lipo® Ultra body sculpting systems that employ low level laser technology for smoothing cellulite, fat reduction and body shaping treatments.

The distribution agreement gives LiLa the rights to distribute both i-lipo® and i-lipo® Ultra products through its sub-distributor network, combining award-winning product technology with unparalleled customer sales and support. LiLa plans to sell the products through their dedicated sales force of seventy plus members located throughout the continental United States, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and Caribbean Islands.

As stated by Peter McGuiness, President of Chromogenex US, Inc., "We believe the partnership with LiLa Enterprises, paves the way for deeper market penetration of the i-lipo® and i-lipo® Ultra brands, and prescribes increased focus on new innovative products such as the i-lipo® Xcell, Regenlite, and the new i-lipo® Touch, planned for release in late Q3 2015."

The U.S. market for body contouring devices, including cellulite reduction, skin tightening, and fat reduction devices, is expected to experience strong growth, reaching nearly $700 million by 2022.

Mark Patterson, President of LiLa Enterprises, LLC states, "This important strategic alliance with Chromogenex US will change the way business decisions are made – from identifying emerging market opportunities to advantageously engaging clients, by tactically accelerating Chromogenex US distribution and support capabilities in the markets it serves."
