Three leading consultancies to provide help to med-tech innovators at EXPO 2016

Three leading consultancies have combined in order to provide top notch help in seminar format to med-tech innovators at EXPO 2016. In addition the consultancy triumverate will make free one-to-one clinic sessions available on April 21st on a 1st come 1st served basis.

MTI EXPO 2016 is delighted to play host to the diverse talents of Maddison, Tactiq and Viadynamics. Alan Johnson, Tactiq technical director has over 30 years experience in the sector via various positions at GE Healthcare. Vincent Ellis, MD of Maddison has over 20 years experience in product development and Nicholas Duggan has led a wide range of assignments at Viadynamics.

The afternoon of April 20th will see the three men in action through the open seminar format. A total of four modules will be offered to EXPO visitors in the following sequence.

Presentation 1:  Usability and medical wearable design challenges

It will include:

Presentation 3: Doing things differently, disruptive innovation

It will cover how…

  • Innovation game rules have changed
  • New models of innovation for start-ups, SMEs, Universities and Corporates
  • Learning by doing
  • Opportunities and Challenges today

Presentation 4: Maximising the use of limited small company funds

It will include:

  • De-risking early development
  • Funding focused development
  • Getting the early decisions right
  • Concentrate on the right things
  • Fast iterations and user involvement

On the 2nd day of the show the three consultants are back to offer the Innovation Clinic. This is an exclusive, confidential and free of charge opportunity for entrepreneurs, start-ups, SMEs and university research groups.
