DYNAMIC EAR TO USE V4 AS DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR PRODUCT OFFERINGS TO INDUSTRIAL AND MILITARY CUSTOMERS

Sonomax Technologies Inc. (SHH:TSX Venture) is pleased to announce that is has signed a collaboration agreement with the Dynamic Ear Company (DEC). DEC is a leading manufacturer and developer of innovative in-ear products that permit users to control the volume of external sound that reaches their ears, which by doing so, contribute to hearing safety and a comfortable sound experience.

"The agreement relates to the development of Dynamic Sound Technology (DST) modules that will be integrated in V4 earpieces. DST allows users to enjoy complete isolation while listening to music, yet gain full access to external sounds at the touch of a button", said Steve Collicott Business Development Director of Dynamic Ear. "We are impressed by the unique capabilities of the V4 technology which can be mass produced, making long-awaited self-fit custom earpieces available to the consumer".

Under the terms of the agreement, the parties will co-develop a DEC earphone solution for the consumer electronics market targeting large OEM's in the MP3 space. The parties will further cooperate in the development of highly specialized communication devices for DEC's military and industrial customers.

Said Nick Laperle, "Sonomax is presently in negotiations to enter into collaboration agreements with a number of industry leaders that can sell, market and distribute finished or component products incorporating Sonomax's new V4 technology". Mr. Laperle went on to say, "Our plan remains the same. We believe that the V4 will become the standard interface worldwide for any and all in-ear technologies. Agreements such as this one with Dynamic Ear will lay the foundation for Sonomax achieving its objective of becoming the worldwide standard.
