PacificHealth Laboratories signs consulting agreement with Signal Nutrition

PacificHealth Laboratories, Inc. (OTCBB: PHLI), a nutrition technology company, announced today that it has signed a consulting agreement with Signal Nutrition LLC, a research and development company headed by former PHLI CEO and founder Dr. Robert Portman. This agreement supports PHLI'S efforts in focusing on its core businesses to drive growth and profitability.

Fred Duffner, President of PacificHealth Laboratories said, "Robert brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in assisting PHLI address its core needs in the area of science and the development of new products. The company has not provided new innovation under its sports nutrition umbrella in over 3 years. There is new science in the category that we need to stay ahead of to insure we continue to bring leadership to the category. We look forward to working with Robert over the next several months to prepare for 2011 and the anticipated growth opportunities."
