Primco Management announces acquisition of 51% interest in Pops Edibles

Primco Management Inc. (OTCBB: PMCM), a medical marijuana, real estate management and multi-media company today announced that the Company has acquired a 51% interest in Pops Edibles, a San Francisco bay area based medical marijuana boutique that specializes in the formulation and manufacture of both Tetrahydrocannabinol ("THC") and Cannabidiol ("CBD") based 100% organic lollipops designed for both the medical and recreational communities.

"The acquisition of Pops Edibles ( www.popsedibles.com ) allows us to immediately enter the edibles market with a superior organic product that can be distributed throughout the Pacific region," stated David Michery, CEO. "We look forward to bringing Mel Kurland and her team to Seattle to set up a manufacturing facility in one of our producer/processing operations."
