TotalTrainer LLC, and trainer, fitness chef, cookbook author and former pro bodybuilder Laura Creavalle today announced a partnership whereby Laura Creavalle light and fit recipes will be made available via the TotalTrainer integrated training and nutrition platform for the club fitness industry.

Launched today (See: TotalTrainer Launches Integrated Training and Nutrition Platform for the Club Fitness Industry), TotalTrainer is an on demand platform for the delivery of personalized fitness training and nutrition guidance, designed to help health clubs and gyms deliver optimal fitness results, maximize client satisfaction, and generate new revenues.

As part of TotalTrainer's efforts to provide users with ultimate choice and flexibility, the system offers access to more than 300 healthy light and fit recipes from Laura Creavalle. These easy-to-prepare recipes enable TotalTrainer users to create meals -- such as Shrimp Kebabs with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Basil, and Steak Fajitas -- that help support their fitness goals.

"We're ecstatic to have someone of Laura's caliber as a TotalTrainer partner," said Darin MacDonald, president and CEO, TotalTrainer LLC. "Laura has had such a tremendous impact in the fitness world and in the area of nutrition, which is so critical to overall health and wellness. Her recipes aren't just healthy, they're also easy to prepare and taste great."

"I'm incredibly excited about this opportunity to expand the Laura Creavalle brand via the TotalTrainer system to reach fitness enthusiasts interested in eating healthy," said Laura Creavalle. "It's an ideal partnership, as both the TotalTrainer and Laura Creavalle camps share a passion for fitness and educating the public on the importance of diet in supporting a fit and healthy lifestyle."
