Christian Companion Senior Care to offer services to Charlotte

Christian Companion Senior Care, the nation's first senior care franchise to combine practical and spiritual assistance, is bringing its services to Charlotte.

The grand opening will be Tuesday, March 30 from 4 to 6 p.m. The office is located at 13850 Ballantyne Corporate Place, Suite 500, Charlotte, N.C. 28277. Hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served.

Those with an interest in working for Christian Companion Senior Care or utilizing their services are encouraged to attend the grand opening. Christian Companion Senior Care will offer its services throughout Charlotte, Monroe, Gastonia and Mooresville.

"More than 139,000 seniors reside within the Charlotte area, so this is a key location for Christian Companion Senior Care," said Tony Vann, executive vice president. "We are excited to provide our services to seniors to give them a chance to live independently and with comfort."

Christian Companion Senior Care provides seniors with traditional in-home services such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, grooming assistance and transportation. Also, trained care-giving professionals can provide spiritual care from a uniquely Christian perspective.

"When searching for a business to open in the Charlotte area, I had very specific requirements," said Valerie Ahearn, local owner of Christian Companion Senior Care. "The business had to serve the community, provide a needed service, and allow all employees, including myself, to maintain their faith and value systems while at work. The Charlotte office is the tenth location to open nationwide for Christian Companion Senior Care. Christian Companion Senior Care has currently sold 29 locations in eight states.
