ACROBiosystem's Human TL1A / TNFSF15 Protein, His Tag, active trimer, low endotoxin (MALS verified)

The TNF and TNF receptor superfamilies of proteins include TNF-like cytokine 1A (TL1A) and its receptors, death receptor 3 (DR3) and decoy receptor 3 (DcR3). Human TL1A, His-tagged (TLA-H5243), is expressed in HEK293 cells and comprises amino acids Leu72–Leu251, with a His-tagged N-terminus.

Synonym

TL1A, VEGI, TNFSF15

Source

Human TL1A, His Tag (TLA-H5243) is expressed in human 293 cells (HEK293 cells). It includes AA Leu 72-Leu 251 (Accession No. O95150-1).

Predicted N-terminus: His

Molecular characterization

Molecular characterization: Poly-his, TL1A (Leu 72- Leu 251) O95150-1

This protein has a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.

The protein's predicted MW is 22.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates at 26 kDa and 28-30 kDa when measured against the Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) conditions (SDS-PAGE).

Endotoxin

Less than 0.001 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.

Purity

>90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Formulation

Lyophilized from a 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS at pH 7.4 with trehalose as a protectant.

Reconstitution

For optimal performance, adhere to the reconstitution instructions outlined in the CoA.

Storage

For long-term storage, keep the product in a lyophilized condition at -20 °C or below.

Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles

This product remains stable after storage at:

  • -20 °C to -70 °C for 12 months in lyophilized state
  • -70 °C for three months under sterile conditions after reconstitution
